These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at wealthgapadvisory.com.au (the "Site") operated by Wealth Gap Advisory Pty Ltd (ACN 697 163 250 · ABN 25 697 163 250) trading as Wealth Gap Advisory ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About us
Wealth Gap Advisory is a Corporate Authorised Representative (No. 1320983) of Alethia Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 98 676 423 117), the holder of Australian Financial Services Licence No. 557729. Justin Porrins is an Authorised Representative (No. 250071) of Wealth Gap Advisory.
These Terms apply to use of the Site only. The provision of any financial service or advice by us is governed by a separate written engagement and by our Financial Services Guide.
2. General information only — no personal advice
The information on the Site is general information only. It does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, personal financial product advice, taxation advice, legal advice, or credit assistance.
Before acting on any information on the Site you should:
- consider whether it is appropriate to your personal circumstances; and
- obtain personal financial advice from a qualified adviser, and where relevant, the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Target Market Determination (TMD) of any financial product you are considering.

Method", "Goals · Architecture · Pathway" and the Wealth Gap Advisory logo and chevron device are trade marks of Wealth Gap Advisory Pty Ltd (whether registered or unregistered). No rights are granted to use any of our trade marks without our prior written consent.
You may view, download and print pages or files from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not remove or alter any copyright, trade-mark or proprietary notices. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, public display, framing, or commercial exploitation — is prohibited without our prior written consent.
5. Third-party content and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, articles or services. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse, approve, monitor or accept responsibility for the content, products, services, privacy practices or availability of any third-party site or resource. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of that site.

Do not send us confidential or sensitive personal information through the public forms on the Site beyond what is necessary to respond to your enquiry. We handle the personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to make the Site available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may add to, change, suspend or remove any feature or content of the Site at any time without notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies under the Australian Consumer Law and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to AUD $100.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law applies and cannot be excluded, our liability for breach of that guarantee is limited (where the law permits) to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify us and our directors, employees, contractors and authorised representatives against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) arising out of or in connection with:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the Site;
- your infringement of any third party's rights through your use of the Site; or
- any Submissions you provide to us via the Site.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information and forms part of these Terms.
12. Complaints
Our complaints handling process is set out in our Complaints Policy. If you have a concern about anything we do, please tell us first using the contact details in Section 15 so we have the chance to address it.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the courts of appeal from them.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the current version was published. By continuing to use the Site after a change, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Site.

Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder continues in full force. These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, FSG and any written engagement) record the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior representation, understanding or agreement.
